CNC Milling
Our facility is equipped with several state-of-the-art CNC milling machines to create parts of varying sizes and shapes.
CNC, or computer numerical control, has made the machining process even more efficient and cost-effective. Compared to traditional milling, CNC milling allows for greater control, precision, and speed. In CNC milling, one of many types of rotating cutter tools is guided by a computer to cut into a block of material. Bits of the material are systematically removed until the desired shape is achieved. Because it's computer-guided, CNC milling can achieve and repeat intricate designs easily and with great accuracy.
CNC milling is especially useful in industries
where precision is key, such as surgical equipment, injection molds, circuit boards, etc.
