Turret Punching

A turret punch or turret press is a versatile machine for cutting various shapes into metal.

Our machines are equipped with various punch tools assembled in a rotating turret with a corresponding die turret below the material. These two turrets are synchronized and can be programmed to create various parts by varying the shape and size of the tool used as well as the angle of the punch. Turret punching works especially well for parts and components with repeating shapes, slots, holes, openings, and cutouts. The punch works faster for these processes and saves time compared to laser cutting.

Our turret punch and laser cutting combo provides even more versatility and design possibilities. Secondary processes like embossing and countersinking can also be done in-process using one setup, further saving you time and money.
